-> Role Models

Several corporations have been active in implementing policies aimed at providing equality for all, imcluding gays and lesbians. This internet section provides examples of such policies. It is not trying to give an exhaustive list but to propose positive models for your working environment or company to emulate. We hope these will entice you to revise your practices and policies in such a way as to positively impact the lives of your gay and lesbian workers, and actively fight homophobia.

At National Bank, diversity finds its expression in officers’ and employees’ concrete actions and close relationships with the communities. The National Bank of Canada is the major sponsor of the 4th edition of the National Day Against Homophobia and the Homophobia and the Workplace Conference.
